Constructed with carbon steel/aluminum alloy/304/316 stainless steel, it supports customizable plate thickness, dimensions and AC220/380V voltage, with various surface treatments and WF1/WF2 corrosion resistance. Boasting IP66 protection, T1~T6 temperature class, authoritative gas/dust explosion-proof marks, it complies with national GB standards and offers wall/floor mounting.

Crafted from carbon steel, aluminum alloy, 304/316 stainless steel with customizable 2-4mm plate thickness, the control box supports RAL7035/RAL7032 powder coating and wire drawing surface treatment. With WF1/WF2 corrosion resistance class, it effectively resists corrosion, rust and chemical erosion, ensuring long service life in offshore, chemical and other high-corrosion hazardous environments.

Certified with professional gas and dust explosion-proof marks (Ex db IIB/IIC T4-T6 Gb, Ex tb IIIC T80℃/T130℃ Db etc.) and IP66 dustproof and waterproof protection class, the control box is suitable for Zone II explosive gas atmosphere and Zone 21/22 explosive dust atmosphere.
